Mr. Stiles,

We citizens are wondering if you can please provide the answers to the follow questions:

· Can you provide detailed information with an explanation, what exactly are “other operations and maintenance” resulting in $3.2 million a year?

· Can you provide detailed information with an explanation, what exactly are “Admin Support Costs” resulting in $2.4 million a year?

· Can you provide detailed information with an explanation, what exactly is our “Long Term Debt” resulting in $2.7 million a year?

· Are all of the above fees, charges, assessments, monies being collected pursuant to the California Constitution Article XIII and Prop. 218?

· Are any of the above fees, charges, assessments, monies being used for any general governmental services not related to our water utility or not involving our water utility?

The above request is being submitted pursuant to the California Public Records Act and the Federal Freedom of Information Act.

We citizens look forward to receiving the above requested information within the next 10 days from the date of this email and thank you.
