Building plans may be obtained by filling out an Application for Plan Duplication form at the Building counter in Garden Grove City Hall. The fee for this application is $30.00. A certified letter will be sent to the Architect of records and the property owner requesting permission to have copies made of the requested plans. Please call Jerry Holstein at (714) 741-5580 to review the plans to decide if you need copies.
The City does not maintain copies of tenant improvement plans.
