Regarding: RFP No. S-1188

Background: On March 4, 2016 the City issued an RFP for Tree Maintenance Services and on April 11th the City received proposals from vendors.

I would like to make a Public Records Request for the following documents.

1. A copy of the full proposal submitted by West Coast Arborist, Inc.
2. A copy of the full proposal submitted by Trimming Land Co.
3. A copy of the bid results / bid recap.
4. A copy of the City’s Procurement Manual.

At the June 28th Council Meeting (Agenda Item – 7.b.) there was a staff report which indicated the proposal Pricing and Final SSC Scores.

1. I would like a copy of the evaluation report upon which each company’s “Final SSC Scores” were analyzed.
