My company is performing a zoning report on a property located at 12101 Western Avenue. Under the freedom of information act, I am requesting the following copies/information: Are there any available copies of Certificates of Occupancy relating to the building? Are there any open fire/building code violations on that property? Also are there any roadway expansions/planned right-of-ways that could affect that business?

The City of Garden Grove has no open Building Code or Zoning Code violations for this property, nor are there any roadway/expansions/planned right-of-ways that could affect businesses in the area, therefore there are no records responsive for these requests.
