My name is Ashley Park and I am from Environ Phase Consulting Co. We are an environmental assessment company, currently doing an assessment for a subject site on: 11711 Monarch Street, Garden Grove, CA 92841. In order to do a thorough investigation, we need a couple different records ASAP.
1) We need every available building permit records for this address.
2) We need every available UST/LUST and Haz Mat records for this address.
