I am currently working on a project for CEO Public Finance and I had a question regarding Garden Grove Sanitary District. Could you tell me if Garden Grove Sanitary District was ever separate from the City? If it was separate, is there a board resolution consolidating it to the City? If there is a board resolution, would you be able to assist me with a copy or maybe provide a contact person who could help me out. Thank you.
