I am requesting a formal documentation of of rezoning or a "zoning verification letter" or any other relevant documents for the 12251 Nutwood Street, Garden Grove, CA 92840 property to confirm that years prior it was rezoned from commercial to R1 residential as is currently the R1 zoning on file in the planning division of the city of Garden Grove.
Accessor's Parcel Number for this property is: 089-273-24
I have attached a property profile from Landwood Title, and I'd like to confirm any documentation that would verify that this is indeed zoned R1 residential and no longer commercial as the dated county information on this title report shows.
This is an urgent matter to confirm as this is needing to be confirmed at the close of an escrow regarding sale of this property. I appreciate your prompt reply and consideration.

The planning division in the city of Garden Grove directed me to specifically request these items via this online request as it may involve documentation dating back beyond 10-15 years. Please advise ASAP. I have already spoken with the city of Garden grove planning division.
