Under the California Public Records Act, I seek to inspect the following government records:

-- All police department policies, memos and correspondence regarding recordings made by officers, either audio or visual or both, during the period January 1, 2010 to the present day;

-- Purchases of recording devices for the period January 1, 2010 to the present day;

-- Current police department employee code of conduct;

-- Current police department personnel list.
