Request for Public Records

Dear [custodian of records]:

Under the California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq., I am requesting to obtain copies of public records that pertain to offsite records management storage. Specifically:

• Any contracts, price lists or Blanket P.O.’s that pertain to hard-copy records storage, vault storage (data tapes) or digitization of hardcopy records.
• The most recent months invoice(s) pertaining to the cities monthly total spend for above noted contracts, price lists or Blanket P.O.’s

The California Public Records Act requires a response within ten business days. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies.
