I am a student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and I am in a city and regional planning class that is focusing on work force housing. Fore the final project we have to pick a work force housing project in California to write a report about. On the possible project list I found 12662 Dale Street in Garden Grove and your contact information. If I could get any information about the developer, financial partnerships, the regulatory flexibility, financial innovations or any other information about this project it would be appreciated.
