Ballet, Tap, and Tumbling
Ballet develops physical control, strength, balance, and grace. Tap develops a sense of rhythm and timing useful in music study and athletics. Children will have lots of fun learning age-appropriate gymnastic skills including rolling, jumping, position of the day, animal walks, and balance beam.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Self Defense - Youth
Students will learn the mastery in the martial arts form of Brazilian jiu-jitsu & self defense. This is a grappling form of martial arts with emphasis on leg lock techniques, drills, sparring, strength conditioning, and games. Must purchase uniform. This class is for first-time students only.
