4-Sport Multi Sport by BEST Sports
Our industry-leading 4-sport program brings you multiple weeks of 4 fantastic sports: soccer, baseball/softball, basketball, and track. We will teach your player how to kick and control a soccer ball; how to hit, catch, throw, and run the bases; shoot and dribble a basketball; run, jump, and build strength and endurance. Our goal and focus is to maintain an energetic and highly active program that will teach, encourage, and advance your young player regardless of their skill level. Please bring an age-appropriate soccer ball for the first week. A hitting tee, bat, and basketball are needed later in the session. Ballet, Tap, and Tumbling
Ballet develops physical control, strength, balance, and grace. Tap develops a sense of rhythm and timing useful in music study and athletics. Children will have lots of fun learning age-appropriate gymnastic skills including rolling, jumping, position of the day, animal walks, and balance beam.

Little Stars Taekwondo
Taekwondo teaches kids characteristics that enforce honor, integrity, self-control, courtesy, and loyalty. This beginner program covers basic kicking, punches, blocks, and self-defense for NEW STUDENTS (previously enrolled students cannot re-enroll). To ensure a safe, structured, and positive learning environment, students are expected to follow the instructor’s verbal directions and physical guidance. We kindly ask parents to partner with us in encouraging these behavioral expectations, as maintaining safety is essential for every child's success. Students must have a martial arts uniform by the first day to participate. Uniforms can be purchased from the instructor for a nonrefundable fee of $50.00.

Junior Lifeguards is for children and teens ages 11-16 who have passed level 4 - Dolphin, or can: -Swim 25 yards (75 feet) freestyle and backstroke. The Junior Lifeguards program introduces participants to the fundamentals of lifeguarding while building confidence, leadership skills, and aquatic knowledge. Through fun and engaging activities, participants will learn water safety, drowning prevention, basic rescue techniques, and First Aid, CPR, and AED awareness. Splashball is for children ages 6-12 who have passed level 2 - Sea Turtle, or can: -Float and tread in chest deep water for at least 15 seconds. -Swim at least 20 feet on both front and back. -Use breath control techniques like rolling or side breathing while swimming. This USA Water Polo program teaches the fundamentals of the sport through fun, engaging activities designed to build confidence, improve swimming skills, and develop teamwork. Participants learn passing, shooting, and basic game play in a safe and supportive environment while having fun in the water. Taekwondo for Kids
Taekwondo will teach kids characteristics that enforce honor, integrity, self-control, goals, courtesy, loyalty, and assertiveness. The classes are beginner programs and kids will learn basic kicking techniques, punches, blocks, and basic self-defense forms. Students are required to have a martial arts uniform by the first day of class in order to participate. Uniforms will be available for purchase from the instructor for a nonrefundable fee of $50. This class is for first-time students only. If interested in re-enrolling, please contact the instructor directly.

Vovinam Martial Arts
Vovinam is a Vietnamese martial art, founded in 1938. It is the development of communicative intelligence, athletic body, noble mind, self-control, self-defense, self-esteem, and perseverance in a non-violent spirit. Self-defense for all levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Students are required to purchase a unique Vovinam martial arts uniform for $35. There is a $20 non-refundable annual membership fee.

zSwim Lessons- Gary Hall- Fall 1 - (L3) Sea Lion
Big Fish Level 3 - Sea Lion is for children ages 6-14 who have passed Level 2 - Sea Turtle or can: -Float and tread in chest deep water for at least 15 seconds. -Swim at least 20 feet on both front and back -Use breath control techniques like rolling or side breathing while swimming. New skills include stroke refinement and endurance, and the dolphin, breaststroke, and sidestroke kicks, and diving. (Diving only at Woodbury) PLEASE NOTE: FALL SWIM LESSONS ARE SCHEDULED ON EITHER MONDAY/WEDNESDAY OR TUESDAY/THURSDAY. THIS IS A NEW SCHEDULE FORMAT. PLEASE READ THE FULL CLASS DETAILS TO VERIFY THE DAYS, DATES, AND TIMES BEFORE REGISTERING. IF YOUR DESIRED CLASS IS FULL PLEASE CALL 714-741-5200 TO GO ON THE WAITLIST. Big Fish Level 4 - Dolphin is for children ages 6-14 who have passed Level 3 - Sea Lion, or can: -Float or tread in chest deep water for 1 minute. -Swim 45 feet freestyle and backstroke. -Swim 20 feet using dolphin, breaststroke, and sidestroke kicks. New skills include breaststroke, sidestroke, and butterfly strokes, open turns, and the fundamentals of diving. Private swim lessons are personalized to each student's ability. Our instructors help kids and adults become more comfortable in the water while enhancing their swimming and water safety skills. These personalized lessons are ideal for students who learn better with individual attention, individuals with special needs, and students who have specific swimming goals. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER FOR A SEMI-PRIVATE: 1) Choose only one student to enroll in a private lesson. 2) Contact a pool manager by calling 714-741-5200 during city hall opening hours to add remaining student(s).
