I am requesting records detailing all civil and criminal citations issued from January 1, 2015 (or as early as available) to the present.
I am seeking records that provide:
- Citation Code
- Date of issuance
- Number of citations issued under this code (or duplicate rows is fine too)

If it would be possible to provide this information in a table format (Excel or CSV), that would be preferred.
If there are any fees associated with fulfilling this request, please inform me before processing.
