We are working on the environmental Phase I report as part of due diligence. for the following address:
Please provide records from the following departments:
- Building and Safety: All available records including building permits, construction, demolition, alterations, certificates of occupancy, and HVAC permits
- Fire Protection District: All available records including inspections, violations, and any permits or reports of HAZMAT storage or tank records/permits
- Public Works: All available records including inspections, violations, and any permits or reports of HAZMAT storage or tank records/permits with industrial waste /Sanitation
- Sanitation Department- any documents related to underground storage tanks or above ground tanks, remediation, releases, violations, enforcement, and/or any industrial waste water permits.
- Water Department -Related to UST, AST, Remediation, and Environmental Spills.
