In accordance with the California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq., I am hereby making a formal request that you provide this office with the following set of records:
- The 911 log for the incident
- All logs, tapes, and recordings of the 911 calls related to this case
- The Journal Report/ Detectives’ Centralized CAD Journaling System report for this case.
- If there are any photographs, audio/video recordings, (including MVARS and/or body-worn cameras), or supplementary investigatory reports relating to the accident, we hereby make a formal request for these items as well.
