We are requesting all conditions of approval imposed by the City on the Common Interest Development known as ‘Chapman Commons Homeowners Association,’ which is located on Lot 1 of Tract No. 16732 in the City of Garden Grove, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map filed in Book 879, Pages 33 through 35, inclusive of miscellaneous maps in the Office of the County Recorder. In particular, any conditions imposed on parking within the community. Please also provide parking plans/maps.
