At this time, the City has not hired a Contractor for the installation of the equipment, concrete work, and playground surface for these park projects. This work will be part of construction documents that will be release for bid in 2025. The responsible lowest bidder will be awarded the contract for this work.
2. Will there be a formal Request for Proposals?
There will be a bid package for all construction work that will be released in 2025.
3. What are the estimated costs of demolition and installation of all new components?
This information is not available.
4. Timelines for start and completion?
it is estimated that this project will be released for bid sometime in Spring 2025, and in construction by Summer 2025. Completion date is unknown at this time.
