Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Government Code sections 6250 et seq.), we request that the your jurisdiction provide, or allow us to inspect and copy, all Public Records, as defined by California Government Code sections 6252(e) that are described below.
DOCUMENTS REQUESTED
All certificates of occupancy for projects containing a mechanical scope of work for projects completed in 2023. In the alternative, or should said records not exist within this jurisdiction, all closed permits for projects with a mechanical scope of work for projects completed in 2023.
All certificates of occupancy for projects containing a lighting scope of work for projects completed in 2023. In the alternative, or should said records not exist within this jurisdiction, all closed permits for projects with a lighting scope of work for projects completed in 2023.
Pursuant to Government Code section 6253(c), please respond to this Request within ten days of receipt of this letter. In addition, if you have any questions regarding this Request, please contact me directly at 404-620-9425 or bernadette.boudreaux@caenergyalliance.org. If the costs to comply with this request exceed $50.00, please call me prior to incurring such costs.
