This is Special Investigator Jennifer Hui with the Department of Real Estate.

We are currently investigating the subject property, and the information of who the applicant was for these two permits. However, this information is not show on the city website.

Please provide me with a copy of the following permits (including but not limit to the application, inspection report and final approval document):

2. #PC2022-760 created on 08/08/2022
