We are seeking the current contract(s), including all terms and conditions, scopes or statements of work, and pricing information related to any merchant card processing services provided to the City for all current vendor(s).

We are seeking this information in relation to the scope of work for RFP No. S-1342: Merchant Services.

To clarify, we are not asking for any information related to the active RFP. Rather, in inquiring about the current vendor contracting terms as part of the Q&A for that RFP, we were directed to your team to request this information.

As the current provider already has an executed contract and any procurement process from that vendor selection has long since closed, we are requesting the terms and conditions provided to the current vendor or vendors, including contract terms, pricing, and any other related information.
