The above-referenced subject is under the investigation of the Veterinary Medical Board (Board).

As a consumer protection agency, the Board is required to investigate complaints to determine whether there has been a violation of the laws governing veterinary medicine in California. The Board’s investigations are conducted within the parameters of the California Administrative Procedures Act (APA).

As the Board’s public record request, pursuant to Government Code Section 6251, please provide a copy of the above-referenced subject’s complaints, investigation report, and supplemental records if any. A response by November 4, 2024 will be greatly appreciated.
