UEI College at 10870 Katella Ave. would like to learn who has property rights to the back lot. We have an Auto Zone, Dollar Tree, and Mediterranean Restaurant all in that area. I have asked PacWest (property owner to our building) and Dollar Tree and the owner of the restaurant and they all say it is not theirs. I want to have a Veterans Day event in that lot and I want the shrubbery in the planters cleared out. We want to put benches back there so people can sit. I am attaching a photo of the specific area I am referring to.
