In accordance with the California Public Records Act[1], please research and provide to this office certified copies of all documents, electronically stored information or evidence relating to the following.
Please let us know if there is a fee for the certified copies so we may promptly issue payment.

(i) all applications for a business license with the City of Garden Grove by Ta Transport, including but not limited to Garden Grove Business License No. 322922;

(ii) all documents or electronically stored information, including, but not limited to, reports, memos, letters, notes and emails, regarding Ta Transport’s application(s) for a business license with the City of Garden Grove, including but not limited to Garden Grove Business License No. 322922;

(iii) all business licenses issued to Ta Transport by the City of Garden Grove, including but not limited to Garden Grove Business License No. 322922;;

(iv) all documents or electronically stored information, including, but not limited to, reports, memos, letters, notes and emails, reflecting the business license history of Ta Transport with the City of Garden Grove, including but not limited to Garden Grove Business License No. 322922.
