In accordance with the California Public Records Act[1], please research and provide to this office certified copies of all documents, electronically stored information or evidence relating to the below.
Please let us know if there is a fee for the certified copies so we may promptly issue payment

(i) all applications for a business license with the City of Garden Grove by Ta Transportation;

(ii) all documents or electronically stored information, including, but not limited to, reports, memos, letters, notes and emails, regarding Ta Transportation’s application(s) for a business license with the City of Garden Grove;

(iii) all business licenses issued to Ta Transportation by the City of Garden Grove;

(iv) all documents or electronically stored information, including, but not limited to, reports, memos, letters, notes and emails, reflecting the business license history of Ta Transportation with the City of Garden Grove.
