To whom it may concern:

My name is John Fernandez with IPEC Investigations. We are conducting a civil investigation involving a specific location involved with human trafficking.

As part of the investigation, I would like to request the Calls For Service/CAD reports related to the location where sexual assault, sex crimes and or physical abuse was identified.

The location of interest is:

1. Morada Inn & Suites: 8062 Garden Grove Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92844

Our record request is for information identifying the call date, the time, and the reason for the call to the property. The record request is for the time period of 2010 through 2024.

We understand the privacy of the victims and we are NOT asking for their names or those involved. We only need the date and reason for the call. If a case number can be shared, we would like to have that as well.

If there is another way that I need to request these reports, please let me know how to proceed.
