I’m currently looking for any:
1. Historic building or plumbing codes prior to 1990
2. Historic ordinances relating to plumbing codes prior to 1990
a. For example, in year 1975, Ordinance 65-4 states that the city of Garden Grove adopted the Universal Plumbing Code of 1975.

Small background on the request (if relevant)
I am currently working on a code request on a project with Municipal Water District of Orange County in response to a Task Order titled “Professional Services to Conduct Research and Prepare a Report on the Historical Use of Lead Service Lines". This effort focuses on meeting the USEPA’s requirements for an inventory of all customer-side service line materials.

To determine the effective year of a lead ban for the County, we would like to review any available Building and Plumbing Codes with a focus on Codes prior to 1988. Our team is open to stopping by to review Codes (no copies), if needed. We certainly appreciate any information, as available, on this and can support in whatever way works best.
