I am requesting copies of public records comprising all contracts,
agreements, or understandings (including any addendums, modifications,
or alterations thereof) whether current or expired between Garden Grove
and related in any way to Garden Grove's automated traffic enforcement
(red light enforcement) program.

I would prefer to receive the records in electronic format.
