I am requesting a copy of the certificate of liability insurance for the company, Q T GENERAL CONTRACTORS INC (License #187975), that preferably covers the date 12/11/2021, though whatever insurance record is on file will be acceptable. Does the City of Garden Grove maintain records of liability insurance for licensing, permitting or registration purposes? Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.
