Hello,

Deloitte Tax LLP respectfully requests copies of records pertaining to all uncashed checks, refunds, overpayments, and duplicate payments that remain owed to non-individuals (e.g., businesses) and are currently held in accounts managed by the City of Garden Grove.

Please note, we are not interested in records pertaining to funds that have already escheated to a state’s unclaimed property department. If available, please include the name of the payee owed the funds, amount, check issue date, check/property number, address, and name of originating agency.

If the requested records are managed by multiple departments, please provide all available records or provide the appropriate contacts who would maintain these records.

Kindly provide this information to me in an electronic format, preferably in .xlsx or .csv, via email to updata@deloitte.com.

If there is a cost associated with this request, kindly provide us with an estimate before proceeding with the request.
