Good afternoon, my name is Abraham Partida and I am an Investigator for Affirm Investigative Solutions. I am currently investigating an automobile accident that took place on:

07/04/2024 at approximately 12:40 pm
Location: Intersection of S Della Ln & Chapman Ave Garden Grove, CA 92840

While canvassing the scene, I noticed that there are cameras on the traffic lights on the intersection . If they record would I be able to obtain that footage?

Further details according to our Client: Client was a passenger in her boyfriend’s car. They were making a left turn onto Della Ln on a green arrow when def ran red and hit them on the passenger side of the car.
