I am currently renting one half of a duplex home, but have recently come to understand that this duplex build and operations of the rental property was not done within permit for the city. I am currently taking legal action against the landlord and management team, and would like to request a list of permits for the address: 13381 Lynne Dr, Garden Grove, CA 92843. I have researched the archive already, and cannot find any permit listed within the recent years of the buildout of this property. Ideally I would receive information confirming the lack of permit used on the property, and any other issues such as zoning. I need a paper trail to show proof and lack thereof.
