A comprehensive list of all building permits issued in the city of Garden Grove since October 2023 for attached ADUs, detached ADUs, garage conversions, and addition projects.
Likewise, I am requesting a list of all pending building permits since October 2023 for attached ADUs, detached ADUs, garage conversions, and addition projects in the city of Garden Grove.
Could you please provide the following details for each permit:
Full address
Permit number
Name of the applicant
Project square footage
Project valuation
Property owner's name
Property owner's contact information
Your assistance in furnishing this information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If you'd like to find the information requested as the City maintains the data, please access the City's online permit search system: https://ch.ggcity.org/permitsoft/start/browse
You can then download the spreadsheet and filter through the type of permit to see the type of permits you are searching for.
All building permit records are now available online.
To search for permits on a specific address, please click this link and provide ONLY the street number and name (NO St., Cr., Ave., etc.):

(Note: Any available record pertaining to building permits is included with the building permit online file. If the building has a Certificate of Occupancy, it will be contained within the permit files.)
