Hello-I would like to request a CPI (Consumer Price Index Statement) for the City of Garden Grove, as per CA State Rent Control Law AB 1482 (Civ. Code ยง 1947.12). This is for the purpose of validating the legality of the Rent Increase Ratio applied to a recent rent increase initiated by a corporately owned rental community within the City of Garden Grove.
