We have the project approvals issued in 2011 and are looking for any activities since then. I’m requesting any approvals or permits issued since 2011, any pending applications or preliminary applications, and any recent inquiries regarding potential development.

The official address of the Lodge is as referenced above – 12681 Harbor Boulevard. However, the DA
lists 12581, 12591, 12681, and 12721 Harbor Boulevard and 12601 and 12602 Leda Lane.
The project was originally approved in 2011 under:
GPA 1-10(A)
PUD 126-10 (approved by Ordinance 2789)
DA-183-10
CUP-303-10
PM-2010-1178.
Please note I’m referencing the Great Wolf Lodge – not the “Site C Hotel” your website lists as a
current project a short distance away
