The current development at 11392 Westminster Avenue was approved in 1991 under Amendment No. A-114-91, Site Plan No. SP-113-91, and Conditional Use Permit No. CUP-121-91. There have been no subsequent Planning entitlement approvals since then.
No outstanding/open Code Enforcement records were found concerning the above-mentioned site.
