Looking for any plans and structural documentation for:
Chapman Commons Home Owners (12680 Chapman Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92840).
This would be from the original construction and any field work changes or special inspection / structural engineer reports.
We have been contracted by the Association and their legal to look into this matter on their behalf.
