The City of Garden Grove does not have responsive documents to your request. The City of Garden Grove does not keep ownership, tax, deed, or title transfer records for single family homes in Garden Grove. Please contact the Orange County Property Records at (714) 834-2500 or (714) 834-2727.
The property lines are noted in a couple different locations, including in the legal description for the lot, which would be on your property deed, and on a plat map, which is typically available through Orange County assessor's office. Or you can hire a surveyor who specializes in making precise measurements to locate the legal boundaries of a plot of land and any improvements to the property.
All building permit records are now available online.
