We would like to request copies of documents listed below from the City of Graden Grove Water Services Division and will pay applicable, reasonable copying charges for the requested documents upon request from the City. The documents requested are related to the City of Garden Grove municipal water supply “Well 30” (State Well No. 04S10W34A004S) located at 12081 Haster Street in Garden Grove, California, located near the intersection of Otis Avenue and Haster Street:

Well Completion Report for Well 30.
Historical and current well pumping records and future pumping schedule for Well 30, including:
Pumping operation periods;
Flow rates;
Water level measurements (noting depth to groundwater and/or groundwater elevation);
Ground surface elevation at the location of the water level measurements; and
Status of well’s current operational status, timing for completion of well-head treatment system for PFAS, and future pumping schedule.
Water level elevation contour maps associated with Well 30 and any monitoring wells that may be used in conjunction with Well 30’s operations.
