Hi, I'm the property owner at 8932 Dakota Ave GG and would like to request a copy of the approval plans and revision plans refer to Permit#21-1876 and for the revision plans 2022-414 (garage converted to ADU). Unfortunately, our previous contractor took our plans and cannot get it back. They left my project incomplete. We are now trying to get going and finishing up the project. Our inspector would like to see the plans as soon as possible. Please help.

The City of Garden Grove does not keep architectural plans, square footage information or drawings for single family dwellings in Garden Grove. Please contact the Orange County Property Records at 714-834-2727 to request square footage information.
All building permit records are now available online.
