Request #8970

There is a roach infestation in my apartment complex. And the landlord has acknowledged the issue but refused to do anything for more than 5 years now. It has become so bad that roaches can be seen everywhere within the apartment, and they crawl around the complex. My parents are getting sick and my neighbors are as well. Please do something, this is the only form of complaint or request for inspection I could find for this city.
