My company has been engaged to perform a Phase I environmental site assessment of the commercial property located at 11700 Anabel Ave in Garden Grove. As part of our due diligence and in accordance with ASTM production standards, we’re requesting any documents that may exist regarding permits (tanks, dry-cleaning, printing, fuel dispensing, hazardous waste), tanks, spills, releases of hazardous materials, or known contaminated sites on our subject property.
