Hope you're doing well. It's nice to meet you! This is Raymond Dinh, Research Assistant at the Orange County Business Journal. Two years ago on 10/12/2021, our former Research Director Meghan Kliewer contacted Abigail Alcala for the same information.

This year, the OC Business Journal has recently started to collect updated information for our annual list of top Shopping Centers located in Orange County, which will be published Monday, November 6. Please try your best to have all surveys completed as soon as possible - we greatly appreciate your help.

I want to make sure that if we include THREE of the shopping centers in Garden Grove, the most accurate information will be featured. The best way to make sure we are printing the most up-to-date info is for that data to be updated directly from your office, which you can do through these respective links below:

As a heads up, the survey spacing is a little confusing. Please answer questions in the box below the question, NOT above.

Here are the most important areas in the survey that need to be filled out:

Taxable sales for 12 months ended June 30, 2023

Taxable sales for 12 months ended June 30, 2022

Gross leasable square feet as of October 2023/currently

Number of stores (includes restaurants and retail storefronts) as of October 2023/currently

Number of stores a year ago

Major tenants
Owner/Company name

Management company/Company name

Some surveys may or may not have already been filled out by representatives at the shopping centers themselves. If these figures match the ones in your records, please feel free to leave them as is and notify me by email please. If they are different, please change them and notify me by email as well please.

For now, the deadline to have these surveys completed is EOD Monday, October 16. If you have any questions about the questionnaire, or may need more time to gather information, please let me know as soon as you can!
