I would like to request the following:
1. All the building permits issued since 2021 for attached ADUs, detached ADUs, garage conversions, and addition projects in the city of Garden Grove.
2. All the building permits still pending since 2021 for attached ADUs, detached ADUs, garage conversions, and addition projects in the city of Garden Grove.
Please include the full address, permit number, name of the applicant, project sqft, project valuation, property owners' names and contact information.

If you'd like to find all ADUs permitted by year, please access the City's online permit search system: https://ch.ggcity.org/permitsoft/start/browse
You can then download the spreadsheet and filter through type of permit to see the type of permits you are searching for by year.
All building permit records are now available online.
To search for permits on a specific address, please click this link and provide ONLY the street number and name (NO St., Cr., Ave., etc.):
https://ch.ci.garden-grove.ca.us/permitsoft/permits/search
(Note: Any available record pertaining to building permits is included with the building permit online file. If the building has a Certificate of Occupancy, it will be contained within the permit files.)
The City of Garden Grove does not keep square footage, ownership, tax, deed, or title transfer records for single family homes in Garden Grove. Please contact the Orange County Property Records at (714) 834-2500 or (714) 834-2727.
