Hello, I'm working with a contractor to remodel my house on 6452 Santa Monica Ave, Garden Grove, 92845. I would like to obtain a property map or site plan showing floor plan, easements, property lines and other relevant information. I would also like to see building permits for the house & property.

The City of Garden Grove does not keep architectural plans, square footage information or drawings for single family dwellings in Garden Grove. Please contact the Orange County Property Records at 714-834-2727 to request square footage information.
The property lines are noted in a couple different locations, including in the legal description for the lot, which would be on your property deed, and on a plat map, which is typically available through Orange County assessor's office. Or you can hire a surveyor who specializes in making precise measurements to locate the legal boundaries of a plot of land and any improvements to the property.
All building permit records are now available online.
