I am looking for any and all documentation relating to the Garden Grove/Main Street Vehicle Parking District (VPD) during the time that the Coastline College, located at 12901 Euclid Street, was being proposed, approved and constructed. Those years would be from 1993 - 1996. Most specifically I am seeking documentation regarding the VPD's parking substitution plan when the VPD land, along with several Garden Grove Agency for Community Development lots were given up and dedicated to the college to facilitate their construction.
