Good Afternoon,
Could you please provide for me any and all documents relating to any and all contracts and agreements between the GARDEN GROVE AGENCY FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT and ACACIA PARK CONDO COMMUNITY located at 11242 Linda Lane, Garden Grove, CA 92840. Please include the GRANT DEED, the DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, any and all PARKING ARRANGEMENTS and AGREEMENTS, and any amendments, any staff reports and internal communications between staff members and/or city council members, as well as any and all other documents and/or communications associated with the relationship and interactions between the City of GARDEN GROVE and the ACACIA PARK CONDO COMMUNITY in any way or form.
