Dear Building Department Records,
I'm interested in finding a copy of the original approved building drawings for the apartment property at 10500 Westminster Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92843. I have a poor quality partial photo copy of the original plans, and can see that the plans were approved on 1-29-73. There is a hand written number on every sheet at the bottom right corner: 59816-18A, which may be the permit number. The owner/developer of the property in 1973 may have been David C. Maddox. The Architect name on the plans appears to be James K. Schuler and Associates, but that may have been part of the owner/developer - I'm not sure.
Please let me know if the city has micofiche or any other form of record of the original permit approval drawings - Architectural drawings, and especially Plumbing/Mechanical drawings.

The City of Garden Grove staff has conducted a thorough search of their files and was unable to locate any records concerning your request for plans of the subject address.
All building permit records are now available online.
