I am requesting bid abstracts for all Pavement and Park projects the City has awarded/closed from Jan 2022 to now. If you have a spreadsheet that tabulated the bid results for each Pavement project and Park project showing the line items with the corresponding vendor’s submitted bid prices that’d be super helpful. Please contact me at (714) 395-8037 or (714) 667-8309. I am attaching a sample of what I’m hoping to obtain from the City of Garden Grove. Please find attached an example from the City of Irvine displaying the bid results spreadsheet that lists the pay items and the corresponding vendor’s submitted bid prices. This information will be used to establish a baseline for bid item costs to assist us in updating the County’s Job Order Contract projects bid item prices.
