To the Kind attention of Mrs. Corinne Hoffman (Business Tax Supervisor),

My Name is: Mohamed Mostafa
and recently and to my surprise, California Franchise Tax Board sent me a notice stating that I owe them back taxes from 2010.

When I called they put me through to Mr. Justin King who explained to me that in his books I was the owner of the restaurant: "Omelette House" located in: 12444 Brookhurst St., Garden Grove, CA 92840

I explained to Mr.King that me and my ex-wife we use to operate that restaurant but we sold it back in 2004 .. Mr.King ask me to provide any document proofing that I didn't own the restaurant in 2010.

My only remedy is to ask you to provide me with records of the holder of the business licence or who owned the restaurant during 2009 and 2010.

I have been directed to file this request through this system.
So kindly please help me.
