I'm Zachary Guzman, and I'm writing to obtain details regarding the property 13742 Jackson St. in Garden Grove, California 92843. I requested a city inspection for my former studio/junior ADU that had been converted from a garage. I experienced problems with electricity and blackouts. In the winter, we went for months without heat. There weren't enough trash cans on the site to hold all three distinct apartments' worth of garbage. Recently, the illegally constructed bathroom had a bad smell emanating from under the sink. During the months we resided there, I think mold was developing. I became ill as a result of these circumstances—no insulation, no heat, and possibly mold under the foundation. This unit's infractions were directly responsible for that illness.

I'm requesting the violations or codes the unit was in violation of. I will present this case to the courts and legal citations from the city will greatly help me.
